Loren believes a home is personal, and he approaches every project with the same care, communication, and pride he would expect for his own family.

She oversees daily operations, scheduling, and client communication, making sure projects stay organized and homeowners feel informed and supported throughout the process. Jaime believes construction should feel collaborative, not stressful, and she works closely with each client to ensure their needs are heard and their home is treated with respect and care.
